SHIPPING

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your order, your address, and speed of delivery. Cost of shipping is calculated during checkout. Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada from our online store. If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us and we would be happy to put together a customized shipping quote. 

Curbside/store pick-up is available at checkout. By selecting this option, you are agreeing to pick up your order from our location in Boucherville (click here for directions). If you choose this option, we will follow up with pick-up instructions within 1-2 business days, excluding statutory holidays. 


Shipping Timelines
 

  • We fulfill orders Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. 
  • To confirm order and schedule shipping, we require up to 2 business days, excluding statutory holidays. 
  • Shipping depends on where you are located within Canada. 

WHAT IS TRISTAN'S RETURN POLICY?

Here's what you need to know about Tristan’s product returns: 


Returning an Online Purchase 
 

Online purchases can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase as NEW, which means the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item.  

  • Initiating a Return. To start initiate, you can contact us at returns@tristanfleet.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  
  • Refunds. Your refund will be credited back to you using the same payment method you used for your original order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  • Restocking Fee. A restocking fee will be assessed. The restocking fee will depend on the condition of the goods at the time of the return. 
  • S&H Charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. However, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective. 
  • Warranty. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded in most cases. Warranty on parts is subject to manufacturer warranty policies. Warranty returns will not be used as credit for replacement parts. Any credits approved (in whole or in part) by the manufacturer will be refunded on your original payment. 
  • Transaction Fee. There may be a credit card or PayPal transaction fee for returns or orders requested to be cancelled by customer.  
  • Missing Items. IMPORTANT: If a returned order has items missing or has been installed on the vehicle, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
 

All sales are final on custom orders and electrical parts. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
